摘要: Nanoscale therapeutic interventions are increasingly important elements in the portfolio of cancer therapeutics. The efficacy nanotherapeutics is dictated, part, by access they have to tumors via leaky tumor vasculature. Yet, extent vessel leakiness individual varies widely resulting a correspondingly wide dosing and range responses therapy. Here we report design multifunctional nanocarrier that simultaneously encapsulates chemotherapeutic contrast agent which enables personalized nanotherapeutic approach for breast therapy permitting tracking distribution mammography, used imaging modality. Following systemic administration rat model, demonstrated intratumoral deposition nanocarriers, indicating variable leakiness. Notably, specific exhibited high uptake as visualized were precisely animals responded best treatment quantified low growth prolonged survival.
