摘要: Abstract Objective This study was conducted to examine the effect of education on quality life and constipation severity in patients with primary constipation. Methods randomised controlled 80 who applied at gastroenterology outpatient clinic a university hospital. In study, Constipation Questionnaire, Quality-of-Life Questionnaire (PAC-QOL), Severity Instrument (CSI) were used. Results It that found after 4 weeks education, total PAC-QOL mean score decreased 60.85 ± 5.65 CSI 20.17 ± 4.05 intervention group (p 0.05). After weeks, statistical difference between two groups Conclusion determined given individuals increased life. Practice implications will make contribution active use follow-up forms by nurses for diagnosis constipation, individual assessment each patient, their role management.
