摘要: Abstract Ductile amorphous and nanocrystalline M–W (M = Fe, Ni) alloys were produced by electrodeposition. The structural studies of these carried out using extended X-ray absorption fine structure (EXAFS) small angle scattering (SAXS) methods. crystal the electrodeposited Ni–W alloy was similar to that Ni 4 W phase. nearest Ni–Ni distance determined be 2.49 A, 2.50 A. average crystal-grain size as estimated about 2.5 nm from Guinier plot SAXS spectra. Fe-21.6 at.% has short range order, but not any medium order around Fe atoms, it possesses structure. Fe–Fe Fe–W distances in 2.42 2.53 A, respectively. structures mechanically alloyed (MA) are alloys. But include a amount undissolved pure W, also.
