摘要: BACKGROUND: Bacteria and yeasts isolated from respiratory tracts of 39 Cambodian 28 Kenyan HIV-positive children were tested for the presence HIV-1 sequences. MATERIAL/METHODS: tract (nose pharyngeal swabs) children. Bacterial chromosomal DNA was prepared by standard protocol Qiagen kit. The PCR specific HIV sequences carried out using HIV-1-specific primers. The analysis performed colony dot-blot hybridization primers which represent gag pol env genes virus. sequencing some products on ABI 373 Sequencer. RESULTS: majority microbes characterized as Staphylococcus aureus Klebsiella pneumoniae resp. Candida albicans. In cases E. coli Streptococcus pyogenes Proteus mirabilis tropicalis identified. 16 (41%) 8 (31%) found to be positive in hybridization. By synthesized template patients bacterial 68;69 gene homology greater than 90% with isolate HXB2 (HIVHXB2CG) revealed. CONCLUSIONS: 41% 31% bear HIV-like role bacteria disease process is discussed.
