摘要: The relationships between soil microbial properties and nitrous oxide emission were examined in upland under different tillage systems [no (NT), rotary plow tillage] cover crop (fallow, cereal rye, hairy vetch) 2004 2005. Microbiological analyses included the determination of ergosterol as an indicator fungal biomass, bacterial plate counting, MPN estimations ammonia oxidizers denitrifiers. combined practice NT with rye-cover treatment increased biomass but not populations 0-10 cm deep soils. Such increase was found 10-20 20-30 cover-cropped soil. cropping resulted higher situ N(2)O rates compared rotary- plow-till treatments. flux positively correlated content denitrifier other chemical properties.
