摘要: Stability and nonlinear dynamics of two articulated pipes conveying fluid with a high-frequency pulsating component is investigated. The non-autonomous model equations are converted into autonomous by approximating the fast excitation terms slowly varying terms. downward hanging pipe position will lose stability if mean flow speed exceeds certain critical value. Adding to shown stabilize for high values ratio between pipe-mass, marginally destabilize this low ratios. An approximate solution small-amplitude flutter oscillations obtained using fifth-order multiple scales perturbation method, large-amplitude examined numerical integration equations, path-following algorithm. affect behavior system, e.g. bifurcation types can change from supercritical subcritical, creating several coexisting stable solutions also anti-symmetrical may appear.
