摘要: Abstract Prostacyclin was investigated for its ability to overcome surgically induced spasm of the femoral artery and increase blood flow through rabbit epigastric free flap. Topical prostacyclin (200 ng/ml) lignocaine (20 mg/ml or 2%) each produced near-maximal vasodilatation large conducting vessels. This resulted in a significant after 5 minutes form topical treatment, compared saline control. However obtained from tended wear off over 30 minutes. Treatment with systemic indomethacin did not prevent surgical nor action relieving it. 6-oxo-prostaglandin F 1α , major breakdown metabolite prostacyclin, responsible vasodilatory prostacyclin. also caused platelet disaggregation some rebleeding anastomotic site, nevertheless there no difference flap survival between use lignocaine.
