Usability of University Websites: A Systematic Review

摘要: Usability of web sites has been a research area that investigated in many genres such as e-commerce, e-government or education. University is one the specific genres, which requires special attention terms usability since they are considered virtual gateways to students from all over world. The aim this study evaluate work done determine general trends university website and provide useful insights for researchers practitioners develops websites universities academic institutions. Therefore scope conducted on last decade, 2006 2016, systematically reviewed. 53 papers total were accessed investigated.
