摘要: Abstract This paper describes the continuation of studies that demonstrated suitability CP-Tes solution as a medium for introduction and removal dimethyl sulfoxide in rabbit common carotid arteries established kinetics cryoprotectant permeation tissue. Thawing carried out 37 °C water bath. optimum rate cooling these conditions found be 0.69 °C/min. maximal recovery contractile force response 10−6 M norepinephrine 30–40%; relaxation acetylcholine (an endothelium-mediated function) 80% control, an estimated 71% endothelial cells survived minimal ultrastructural change.
