摘要: Four ruminally cannulated dairy cows were used to examine the effect of diet on AA composition rumen bacteria and protozoa, flow microbial nonmicrobial entering omasal canal. Cows offered grass-red clover silage alone, or that supplemented with 5.1 kg DM barley, 1.9 rapeseed meal, barley meal according a 4 x Latin square design 2 factorial arrangement treatments. During first 10 d each period, had free access and, thereafter intake was restricted 95% ad libitum intake. Postruminal digesta assessed using canal sampling technique in combination triple marker method.
