摘要: Abstract This paper describes the analysis of an experimental setup for performances evaluation Pulsed Doppler feature in clinical ultrasound scanners. The equipment basically consist on a commercial flow phantom made by straight tube having known and constant cross sectional area which blood mimicking fluid is forced to at laminar conditions. Given accuracy declared manufacturer (±0.7 cm/s), unsatisfactory low rates, we calibrated using gravimetric method. From digitized images spectra over time, mean velocities have been computed with software package developed authors.
