Effectiveness of clinical Pilates and home exercises in sagittal cervical disorientation: randomized controlled study.

摘要: Aim: To compare effects of clinical Pilates and home exercises on postural disorders, strength endurance deep cervical flexors (DCF), range motion (CROM), pain intensity functional disability in sagittal disorientation. Patients & methods: Fourty six patients were included divided into two groups. Clinical group performed stabilization based exercise conventional exercises. Results: Craniovertebral, head tilt, cervicothoracic angles DCF muscles had improvement favor (p 0.05). Conclusion: have been found to provide clinically significant improvements craniovertebral, muscles. However, the increase CROM, decreasing severity impairment parameters there was no superiority both training. trial registration number: NCT03352921 (Clinicaltrials.gov).
