摘要: The quantity of biomedical publications is growing at an exponential rate. With such explosive growth the content, it more and difficult to locate, retrieve manage resulting information. This why text mining has become a necessity. main goal research put knowledge practical use in form diagnoses, prevention, treatment. It important pool resources between different individuals researching results. objective this paper discuss variety issues challenges surrounding perspectives regarding Information Retrieval Text Mining methods biomedicine. article will first look directions TM then describe work done for BIAM project, French on-line Medical Data Base.
