摘要: A new method for cryopreservation of porcine corneoscleral discs has been developed. Instead the widely used cryoprotectant DMSO, chondroitin sulfate was applied as a first time. Post-thawing evaluation done after short-term tissue culture. Central cell counts showed mean endothelial density 2430 cells/mm2 (+/- 383) freezing with combination 2% and 20% fetal calf serum. Corneae which were cryopreserved DMSO using established by Capella Kaufman 1672 617). These experiments demonstrated significant cryoprotective properties sulfate. In addition to its application in refrigerated corneal storage at 4 degrees C organ culture 32 C, this substance may also be useful cryopreservation.
