Charge transfer for the ground state O+(4S) ion in collisions with H2 molecules

摘要: A new theoretical result of the total charge transfer cross section in collisions O+ ion ground state with H2 molecule is reported. The collision energy incident O+(4S) ranges from 1 eV/u to 10 keV/u, covering available experimental data. States 4A2 and 4B1 symmetry are included calculation. state-resolved sections obtained by using both semiclassical full quantum molecular orbital close coupling method. Based on our results, we propose a possible explanation for large discrepancies recent measurements among various groups.
