摘要: Rhizoma Smilacis Glabrae (RSG) is a well-known herbal medicine with the homology of and food. In this study, simultaneous chemical fingerprint quantitative analysis bioactive flavonoid components RSG were developed using accelerated solvent extraction high-performance liquid chromatography coupled ion trap tandem mass spectrometry. The operational parameters including solvent, temperature, static time, solid-to-liquid ratio, cycles optimized. Hierarchical cluster analysis, similarity principal component performed to evaluate variation samples collected from several provinces in China. Subsequently, fingerprints established for discrimination 16 batches samples, major six flavonoids, namely, toxifolin, neoastilbin, astilbin, neoisoastilbin, isoastilbin, engeletin then quantitatively determined. calibration curves all analytes showed good linearity (r(2) > 0.999), limits detection quantification less than 0.10 0.27 μg·mL(-1) , respectively. Therefore, proposed determination methods proved be robust reliable quality control RSG.
