摘要: An implantable sensor system for long-term monitoring of blood pressure is realized by taking advantage the correlation between pulse transit time and pressure. The highly integrated module, fabricated using MEMS technologies, uses 8 light emitting diodes (LEDs) a photodetector on chip level. applied to large vessels, such as carotid or femoral arteries, allows extravascular measurement highly-resolved photoplethysmograms. In addition, spectrophotometric approaches allow hemoglobin derivatives. For calibration measurements, has been successfully implemented in animal models.
