摘要: Epilepsy is one of the most common neurological disorders late adulthood, yet little research has examined impact epilepsy on quality life older people. Current measures health-related (HRQOL) have been developed and used almost exclusively in adults under age 65. The issues, which affect HRQOL younger adults, may differ from those who age-related physical limitations multiple co-morbidities. This study sought to explore psychosocial function a community dwelling sample 64 with compared similar, age-matched control group. An additional objective was examine perceived stigma seizure frequency well-being. Results indicated that functioning group significantly impaired relative normal controls.
