摘要: Cigarette smoke-induced airway inflammation is one of the most important features chronic diseases. Studies suggest that chrysin possesses strong anti-inflammatory properties and this study aimed to investigate effect on cigarette in mice. Mice with exposure smoke were intraperitonealy injected (10, 20 mg/kg·d). TNF-α, IL-1β IL-8 levels bronchoalveolar lavage fluid determined by ELISA. MPO level lung homogenates was tested a kit. The expression signaling proteins tissue, phosphorylation ERK p38 detected using Western Blot. increased release inflammatory cytokines IL-1β, tissue. Chrysin pretreatment inhibited inflammation, release, expression. also p38, meanwhile, intervention can inhibit such changes. In summary, inhibits exposure-induced mice, which may partly act through inhibition phosphorylation.
