摘要: Abstract The TNF-receptor-associated factor (TRAF) family is a phylogenetically conserved group of scaffold proteins that link receptors the IL-1R/Toll and TNF receptor to signalling cascades, leading activation NF-κB mitogen-activated protein kinases. Furthermore, TRAF serve as docking platform for variety regulators these pathways are themselves often regulated at transcriptional posttranslational level. In this review, we address structural molecular basis functions highlight their role in cytokine signalling.
