摘要: The invention discloses a carbon silica gel self-sealing core for drilling. drilling comprises body; the body includes cap portion and sealing arranged at upper end; via hole is in middle of mainly composed components 12% to 18% carbon, 40% 50% gel, 14%to 20% graphite nanometer, 25% nitrile rubber by mass percentage; inner wall curved shape with staggered heights; grooves are on convexportions portion, wherein widths seal lowest end highest greater than middle; rings inside grooves; adjacent intervals, interval distance more 4 times sum theouter provided deformation compensation positions corresponding grooves, each groove an arccurve. can adapt temperature from tens degrees centigrade below zero above zero, which not limited season; service life greatly improved.
