摘要: Mild cognitive impairment (MCI) and impairment, no dementia (CIND) are controversial emerging terms that encompass the clinical state between elderly normal cognition dementia. This article reviews recent work on classification of MCI CIND, their prognosis, diagnostic approaches presents evidence-based recommendations approved at meeting Third Canadian Consensus Conference Diagnosis Treatment Dementia (CCCDTD3) held in Montreal March, 2006.
