摘要: Breast reconstruction with autologous tissue is associated numerous benefits. The Deep Inferior Epigastric Artery Perforator (DIEAP) flap aims to minimize the donor site morbidity. A significant learning curve has often been demonstrated introduction of this flap. We examined outcomes and complications for our first 70 DIEAP reconstructions in 67 patients. found no difference any complication between early late groups. a decrease length stay patients from 7.4 5.9 days (P 0.037). There was reduction delayed unilateral operation 554 480 minutes 0.038). Microsurgical breast successfully introduced by single surgeon, district general hospital (DGH).
