Broadband ultrafast terahertz spectroscopy in the 25 T Split Florida-Helix

摘要: We describe the development of a broadband (0.3-10 THz) optical pump-terahertz probe spectrometer with an unprecedented combination temporal resolution (≤200 fs) operating in external magnetic fields as high 25 T using new Split Florida-Helix magnet system. Using this instrument, we measure transient dynamics gallium arsenide four-quantum well sample after photoexcitation at 800 nm.
