摘要: Silkworm (Bombyx mori) cells are characterized by the ability to synthesize heat shock proteins (hsps) at exceptionally high temperatures (up 48° C). We infected B. mori larvae and tissue culture with nuclear polyhedrosis virus (Mn NPV) studied response in cells. Our results indicate that not able hsps after temperature elevation, polyhedrin (the major inclusion body protein of Mn being practically only translational product such Similar were obtained for fifth instar mori. On other hand Northern hybridization experiments employing Drosophila melanogaster hsp70 gene coupled data on vitro RNA transcription showed elevation induces active mRNAs Therefore, discrimination favour viral mRNA probably takes place level translation.
