摘要: The study investigated problem solving ability in schizophrenia. Thirty DSM-IIIR schizophrenic patients and 27 matched normal controls were tested on the Three-Dimensional Computerised Tower of London Test (3-D CTL Test) (Morris et al., 1993). took significantly more moves to solve a series problems solved fewer predetermined minimum number moves. response times, as measured using control version task (the 3-D Control), longer than those controls. However, when latencies adjusted take into account slower responses overall, planning times not increased. Inaccurate planning, defined by taking moves, did correlate with either positive or negative symptoms, but tended be who had symptoms. findings suggest that there is deficit activity schizophrenia may associated translating 'willed intentions' action, independent motor speed.
