摘要: Cancer is a heterogeneous disease, occurs due to transcriptional changes in genetic and epigenetic including numerous genes proteins. Worldwide, breast cancer (BC) the life-threatening malignancies women, characterized by occurrence of more than one molecular alteration. The incidence mortality BC are growing every day because adoption western living standards, metropolitanization, life expectancy. Even though many modern approaches available for detection treatment BC, despite these, it remains topmost cause death women. This review highlights various approaches, importance clinical, pathological, aspects BC. Moreover, risk factors, biomarkers, immunotherapy, investigational drugs, their role through tumor targets immune systems have been discussed management Furthermore, targeting tumors nanocarriers clinical trials elaborated challenges future perspectives.
