摘要: In this study, AZ91 magnesium alloy rods were used to investigate the effects of torsion deformation on microstructure and subsequent aging behavior. Extruded rod has a uniform typical fiber texture. Torsion can generate gradient cross-section rod. After torsion, from center edge in rod, both stored dislocations area fraction {10-12} twins gradually increase, basal pole texture tends rotate ED direction. Direct usually generates coarse discontinuous precipitates fine continuous simultaneously. Both twin structures via be effective microstructures for nucleation during aging. Thus, after promote precipitation characteristics. treatment reduce yield asymmetry, enhances hardening effect by promoting precipitation. Therefore, combined use effectively enhance strength almost eliminate asymmetry present extruded Finally, relevant mechanisms are discussed.
