摘要: Coffee, including instant coffee, is a very common beverage in the world nowadays. The effects of coffee consumption on human health have been studied extensively. However, although has quite popular for many years, its exact remain unknown. Some studies suggested that lowers risk some types cancers. On other hand, provided negative or inverse conclusions health. To analyze cancer risk, we examined association between and generation oxidative DNA damage, 7,8-dihydro-8-oxoguanine (8-oxoguanine, 8-oxo-Gua). 8-Oxo-Gua major form believed to play key role carcinogenesis. In our study, no significant differences water drinking were observed, terms 8-oxo-Gua liver, suggesting had little, if any, effect liver due stresses. this chapter, describe previously published data summarize recent findings about protection against damage.
