摘要: MicroRNAs (miRNAs) have important roles in all biological pathways multicellular organisms. Over 1,400 human miRNAs been identified, and many are conserved among vertebrates invertebrates. Regulation of miRNA is the most common mode post-transcriptional gene regulation. The that involved initiation progression cancers termed oncomiRs several them identified canine cancers. Similarly, reported to be down-regulated two species. In this review, current information on expression oncogenesis cancers, as well cancer stem cell biology, highlighted. potential for use therapeutic targets personalized therapy domestic dogs their possible application counterparts also discussed.
