摘要: The development of endothelial cells and hematopoietic is closely related at embryonic stages, both share a common precursor, the hemangioblast. Differentiation into lineages begins with proliferation single layer mesodermal in yolk sac resulting formation cell clusters, blood islands. Cells periphery these aggregations differentiate angioblasts. Blood vessels are formed by two different steps, vasculogenesis angiogenesis. interior islands become primitive (HCs). Definitive hematopoiesis develops from P-Sp region as early E8.5. By El0.5, stem (HSCs) originate aorta-gonad-mesonephros (AGM) region. HSCs this colonize fetal liver then move to spleen bone marrow. In embryo, HCs form clusters associated often adhering on ventral surface (floor) aorta. that also appear be derived P-Sp. addition, have been identified vitelline umbilical arteries, indicating intraembryonic major arterial embryo.
