摘要: This paper summarizes the literature on sties of urate transport, secretory and reabosrptive, in nephron. In animals studied thus far bulk transport occurs proximal tubules. Two patterns have been uncovered. one, is secreted reabsorbed throughout convoluted tubule (perhaps pars recta as well). The direction net depends kind animal some instances experimental conditions. second pattern there a strong process recta, secretion urate, when it occurs, attributable to that segment. but not all clear tubules by mechanism separate from which secretes p-aminohippurate (PAH).
