摘要: Abstract The continuous shift in photoluminescence (PL) spectra of porous silicon (PS) has been analysed for the samples whose PL peak wavelengths are photo-assistedly tuned from red to blue. PS layers formed by anodizing p-type (100) Si wafers an ethanoic HF solution dark. energy is controlled in-situ post-anodization illumination a tungsten lamp. evolution with increasing time studied relation that excitation spectra, polarization memory, and surface chemical composition. experimental results indicate green blue attained only photochemical etching without growth oxide, emission based on oxide-free mechanism even band.
