摘要: In this prospective, clinical study of 167 consecutive wetting children, the associations between specific forms day and night behavioral symptoms according to a parental questionnaire (Child Behavior Checklist; CBCL), as well ICD-10 child psychiatric diagnoses are analyzed. For entire group, proportion children with at least one diagnosis was 40.1% for CBCL total problems scale 28.2% – three times higher than in general population. Expansive disorders (21%) were twice common emotional (12%). A significantly (P<0.05) day-wetting had (52.6%) (19.5%) compared nocturnal enuretics (33.6% 8.2%, respectively). Secondary problem scores (39.3% vs. 20.0%, P<0.05) (75% 19.5%, P<0.001) primary enuretics. Children monosymptomatic enuresis lowest rate (14.5%) (10%). Of those voiding postponement more expansive 13.6%, externalizing (37% 19.%, NS) urge incontinence. summary, third showed clinically relevant comorbidity subtypes. more-detailed differentiation into syndromes rather day/night primary/secondary is needed.
