摘要: According to the published data there are 10–65% local recurrences after radical surgical intervention of rectal carcinoma depending on pre-treatment conditions and techniques (1, 2). Also treatment results disease free survival strongly depend effective use pre- postoperative radiotherapy. It is well known that main reasons for cancer cells have been left in pelvic lymph system biologically active malignant disseminated during diseased area. Preoperative radiotherapy may significantly decrease vitality block mitochondrial activity tumor peripheral cells.
