摘要: The sympathetic skin response (SSR) originates from synchronized activation of the sweat glands as a to volley discharge in efferent nerve fibres. aim study was verify diagnostic value SSR patients with reflex dystrophy (RSD). recorded 20 normal subjects and 24 predominantly chronic RSD. In inter- intra-individually different mono-, bi- triphasic potentials could be without difference waveform side side. abnormalities were found 15 correlated severity disease. slight dystrophies, normal. intermediate mainly differences between sides recorded, indicating unilateral sudomotor dysfunction. severe dystrophies amplitude or latency found, more serious disturbance activity, possibly due lesion provides useful information on dysfunction However, there is no consensus literature for clinical criteria diagnose RSD, it not yet possible determine final diagnoses
