摘要: Single calcium dependent potassium channels from cultured rat myoballs have been studied with the patch clamp technique, and current records subjected to statistical analysis. From dependence of mean open state probability on internal concentration, two ions are required channel. The closed lifetime distributions reveal that usual activation model is not applicable these channels. They consistent a step gating mechanism involves both by blockade calcium-sensitive gate.
