摘要: MicroRNAs (miRNAs) in human saliva have recently become an emerging field research for -diagnostics applications and its potential role biological implications. miRNAs are short noncoding RNA molecules that play important roles regulating a variety of cellular processes. Dysregulation known to be associated with many diseases. were found present the OSCC patients could serve as biomarkers oral cancer detection. Understanding function association diseases is towards utilizing diagnostic markers. There currently profiling methods available detecting miRNA expression levels. In this chapter, we overview Applied Biosystem Stem-loop RT based Taqman MicroRNA Assay salivary profiling. Using highly sensitive specific assay, profiled only few nanograms starting RNA. This method also applicable studying other body fluids or clinical samples contain small amounts
