摘要: A study was initiated to determine the possibility of using fungus Aspergillus niger for bioleaching and then identify evaluate parameters that affect this process. An oxidized mining residue containing mainly copper (7240 mg/kg residue) studied. Sucrose mineral salts medium were initially used produce citric gluconic acids by A. with various concentrations (1, 5, 7, 10 15% w/v). Maximal removal up 60% obtained 5% residue. These experiments showed pH decreased around three within days incubation. Other substrates evaluated including molasses, corn cobs brewery waste. gave best results removal, followed ultrasound as a pre-treatment 80% could be concentration. In conclusion, leaching from is technically feasible . Further research must performed increase economic feasibility
