摘要: Abstract Polymeric membranes for the pervaporation separation processes are mostly obtained from casting of polymer solutions, which is expensive and causes environmental pollution. So far no prepared direct emulsions have been reported. Because characteristics emulsion polymers, latex films potential being a new kind friendly membrane that can be applied to process. In our research, acrylonitrile, methyl methacrylate styrene copolymers were synthesized through polymerization. Latex by these emulsions. The latexes analyzed disc centrifuge, dynamic mechanical analysis, wide angle X-ray diffraction scanning electron microscopy. Experiments shown thus non-porous, rubbery films, with crosslinked structures. They either completely amorphous or certain degree crystallinity.
