摘要: News reporting conforms to the basic journalistic principles of news values, gatekeeping, sourcing routines and ethics. However, some taboo poses an editorial challenge these professional because its impact on relationship between media their audiences. Hence Gans argues that embeds dual attributes — is, ‘the values in value implications news’ (Gans, 2004, p. 40).
