摘要: ABSTRACTPurpose:: In children with severe unilateral reflux nephropathy and diminished relative renal function (RRF) a dilemma exists between the choice of treatment ureteral reimplantation or nephrectomy. Limited followup data are available regarding postoperative complications after in kidneys significant nephropathy.Materials Methods:: We retrospectively reviewed records 460 patients who underwent 1980 2002, identified primary vesicoureteral (RRF 30% less on scintigraphy).
