摘要: Malaria is a disease induced by parasites of the Plasmodium genus, which are transmitted Anopheles mosquitoes and represents great socio-economic burden Worldwide. vivax second species malaria Worldwide, but it most prevalent in Latin America other regions planet. It currently considered that vaccines represent cost-effective strategy for controlling transmissible diseases could complement control measures; however, chemical immunological complexity parasite has hindered development effective vaccines. Recent availability several genomes species, as well bioinformatic tools allowing selection large numbers proteins analysis their immune potential. Herein, we review recently developed strategies discovery novel antigens with potential vaccine development.
