摘要: The utility of brief interventions with at-risk college drinkers would be enhanced if they could also delivered in group settings without the need for risk prescreening. current study therefore explored whether components effectively administered to mixed groups drinking and non-drinking students. Specifically, outcomes two methods aimed toward increasing motivation change were compared controls. One intervention focused on enhancing actual-ideal behavior discrepancy through a structured discussion, while other self-norm provision discussion didactic information. Among drinkers, significant reductions heavy episode frequency at four-week follow-up found (S-N) only, alcohol problems obtained both S-N control groups. Results suggest that enhancement strategies may more effective than when used group.
