摘要: Multiferroic composites of (1-x)GaFeO3-(x)Co0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4 with x = 0.0, 0.1, 0.2, and 1 were prepared using a conventional solid state reaction method. The X-ray diffraction patterns confirmed that the consisted cubic spinel Co0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4 orthorhombic GaFeO3 phases. coexistence both magnetic ferroelectric orderings at ambient temperature was by measuring M-H P-E loops. inclusion enhanced magnetization dielectric constant, as well improved properties GaFeO3. leakage current (9.33 × 10−8 A/cm2) composite (x = 0.20) is found to be much lower compared pure value saturation increased 30.6 emu/g 300 K. This large enhancement magnetization, presence ferroelectricity, promising for enabling future magnetoelectric applications.Multiferroic applications.
