摘要: In contrast to previous reports, the authors were impressed by frequency of myocarditis in endomyocardial biopsy specimens patients treated with anthracyclines. To examine this, they reviewed histologic and electron microscopic results immunoperoxidase stains myocardial from 11 doxorubicin cardiotoxicity grades 1.0-3.0. Immunoperoxidase for lymphocytes, macrophages, endothelial cells induced expression Class II antigen performed using avidin-biotin complex procedure. A full panel monoclonal antibodies was employed on fresh-frozen tissue; a smaller used formaldehyde-fixed paraffin-embedded material. Four showed myocarditis, 2 borderline Dallas criteria. The infiltrating lymphocytes generally characterized as T associated arterial cells. addition, foci replacement fibrosis, suggesting chronic process, identified. Although this association does not prove causal relationship, these suggest that can be component doxorubicin-induced injury.
