摘要: Abstract This paper presents an optimal design method for heat exchangers in a dual-stage circulating high-temperature pump (HTHP) system. The first series of steady-state models components and simulation platform whole system; the output simulated system is verified by operational data real plant. investigated implemented based on these models, it consists four steps: 1) selection condenser evaporator (the C-E plant), 2) optimization total transfer area plant, 3) condenser-to-evaporator ratio ( AR ) 4) matching scheme regenerator. adopts coefficient performance (COP) as target employs heating capacity, water velocities water-side pressure drops compressor discharge temperature constraints. case studies demonstrate that presented effective at solving problem mismatches among single components. provides same capacity with 13% decrease exchangers.
