摘要: Abstract The alfalfa plant bug Adelphocoris lineolatus (Goeze) (Hemiptera: Miridae), a serious pest of several agricultural crops, is extremely attracted by flowering plants to perform season host switching. Generally, chemoreception A. plays crucial role in detecting food sources, locating mates and oviposition sites. In addition, odorant carrier proteins are believed participate the initial chemical communication perception insects. this work, we identified 31 putative protein genes from antennal transcriptomes lineolatus, including 17 new binding (OBPs), 10 chemosensory (CSPs) four Niemann-Pick type C2 (NPC2s). Phylogenetic analysis demonstrated that OBP CSP mirid species (A. suturalis, Apolygus lucorum Lygus lineolaris) had relatively close evolutionary relationship. Regular patterns key conserved motifs OBPs CSPs Hemiptera insects also using Multiple EM for Motif Elicitation (MEME) tool. Tissue expression profiles showed nine OBPs, two NPC2s were primarily or uniquely expressed adult antennae suggesting their roles chemoreception. Our study provides first insight into which will help facilitate biological functions develop novel insect behavioral regulation strategy future.
