摘要: Integrated iron and steel plants generate large amounts of metallurgical slag, which usually contains some quantity metals or mixtures oxides that could be treated to recycled in various applications. The conventional method for disposal slags is dumping. However, it possible process the used production metallic iron, as an additive cement making. In this study, a basic oxygen furnace (BOF) steelwork slag obtained from Kardemir integrated works, Karabuk, Turkey used. A drum magnetic separator system with pre-engineered crucial processing parameters revolution speed, radius, flesh thickness, magnitude field applied utilized, these have competing influence on results. Subsequently, effects grain size drum-blade gap are investigated separation efficiency grains. It found collection grains improved by decreasing moreover, fraction increased increase between blades drum.
