摘要: The principal endpoints in head and neck cancer are survival with improvement of quality life (QoL) patients. Patients treated for suffer from a number symptom domains: physical symptoms linked to diet feeding, communication disorders, pain their general state health; psychological including depression, irritability, loss self-esteem (occasionally feelings shame), social relationship difficulties partner (sexual disorders) or other family members, work, reduction salary, sense uselessness, resulting negative impact on daily life. At present, most tools only partially evaluate patient QoL, concentrating the global disease its treatment patients' condition. "sociability" individual patients is rarely evaluated, development qualitative studies this domain will enable improved understanding factors involved each patient's adaptability disease, after-effects.
